We operate as a concierge and mobile medical practice. Services are provided through Telehealth or in-home visits, depending on the service. This allows us to focus on personalized care without the delays of traditional clinics.

Do you accept walk-ins?

What conditions do you treat?

Do you accept insurance?
No. We are a cash-based practice. This allows transparent pricing, longer visits, and care focused on your needs—not insurance requirements.
How long are appointments?
Appointments are intentionally un-rushed. Initial visits are typically longer to allow a thorough evaluation and personalized care plan.
Weight Loss Services
What type of weight loss programs do you offer?
We offer medically supervised weight loss, which may include lifestyle guidance, nutritional support, lab evaluation, and prescription medications when appropriate.
Is weight loss medication included?
Medication is not automatically included. Treatment plans are individualized based on medical history, labs, and goals.
Do I need labs before starting?
In most cases, yes. Labs help ensure safety and allow us to tailor the most effective plan for you.
Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT)
Who is a candidate for HRT?
Men and women experiencing symptoms of hormonal imbalance—such as fatigue, low libido, mood changes, weight gain, or poor sleep—may be candidates after proper evaluation.
Do you prescribe testosterone, estrogen, or other hormones?
Yes, when clinically appropriate. All hormone therapy is based on symptoms, lab results, and medical guidelines.
Is HRT safe?
When properly prescribed and monitored, HRT can be safe and effective. Ongoing follow-ups and labs are required to ensure optimal outcomes.
Botox & Aesthetic Services
Is Botox done in-home or in-office?
Botox may be offered in-home or at designated service locations, depending on availability and client preference.
Who performs the injections?
All injections are performed by a licensed medical provider with proper training and experience.
How long does Botox last?
Results typically last 3–4 months, though this may vary by individual.

Do you offer membership plans?
Yes. We offer membership options designed for clients who value ongoing access, convenience, and savings.

Can I cancel my membership?
Membership terms and cancellation policies are outlined in the membership agreement provided at enrollment. Billed monthly, cancel anytime.
Payments, Refunds & No-Show Policy
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit/debit cards and other approved electronic payment methods. Apple Pay, Cash-app, Cryptocurrency (BTC, ETH, SOL, XRP), FSA, HSA.
Do you offer refunds?
Due to the nature of medical services, no refunds are provided once a service has been rendered.
What is your no-show or late cancellation policy?
Appointments canceled with less than 3 hours’ notice or missed appointments may be subject to a $75 no-show fee.
